Mark,
you can't reliably do it w/o moving the P/S hose. However if you do 
you'll need to replace the O-rings.

Fortunately, the supply of Igor's O-rings is only an e-mail away. ;)

At the moment I am looking at two Viton 2.5mm x 12mm O-rings sitting on 
my desk, awaiting your mailing address. :)

I buy parts like these in bulk, in packages of 10. This is how 
McMaster-Carr sells them.
