[s-cars] APIKOL short shifter opinions

I'm not sure whether the Billzcat1 replaces the shift assembly either,
but beta testers are reporting shortened throws AND crisper feel. A
thread on AudiWorld.com should shed a little more light on the
BillzCat1 Short Shift Ki.
