[s-cars] APIKOL short shift, and clutch questions

looks like the 230k mile 94 URS4 needs its 3rd clutch.  replaced OEM clutch at 100k w/ Centerforce when I went Hoppen Stage IV.  Now after 130k more miles look like I will be doing the Centerforce all over again to the tune of $1200 w/ parts and labor at ASW - tough one to swallow on the old beast - but the engine and tranny and suspension everything else is otherwise strong and tight.  Anyway - is there any benefit to doing a short shift kit when the clutch is done - anyone have the cost of the Apikol kit and the approx. labor that is involved- just wondering to see if I can slip any farther down this slippery slope.  Starting to get the itch for a newer vehicle . . . .maybe this short shift kit will help hold my interest a little longer. . . BTW - thanks to all who responded to my ISV problem - a good cleaning seems to have done the trick on the idle/stalling issue.  What a great list we have.
