That kills me when these guys do this- they usually pick massively
unfair fights. Case in point- I was driving home from work one night
when I merged on to the highway and ended up next to a black Dodge
SRT-4. I guess I caught his attention (I was driving the 200) because
I got up to speed quickly. Next thing I know, the guy is right next to
me, at high rpms and lifting off the throttle (going "psssshhhttt!!!!"
every time).

I just continued my drive at normal speeds, massively disappointing
the SRT-4 driver. I was NOT going to mess with one of those- the
factory upgrades go to 360hp, aftermarket way beyond that.

I've also had all sorts of much faster cars (Integra GS-R, SRT-4,
etc.) try to race me while driving the yellow Beetle. WTF?

In another instance, all I can say is that the STi can keep up with
the E46 M3 and a SRT-4 of unknown tuning. :-)

I have half a mind to buy the Beetle, drop in a 3.2 VR-6 and 6-speed manual.
