[s-cars] Help!! Evil drain plug will NOT come out

I just spent 4 hours trying to get the oil drain plug out... hoping
there's some list wisdom on this one.  It will not BUDGE.  Ironically,
I was trying to install my shiny new Fumoto valve.

So the plug wasn't rounded when I started, but it was TIGHT.  In
trying to lever onto it with ridiculous force it slipped off the bolt
a couple times.  Eventually it wouldn't hold, so I started at it with
vice grips and hammer.  This had worked last time it got stuck.  No
luck.  I've been soaking it for a few days in break-away.  Still no
love.  Today ground a groove in it to use my hand impact driver and
X-Plug socket.  STILL won't budge.  I used a little heat, but didn't
know the wisdom of torching the oil pan. Is this cool?  I had images
of oil catching fire inside the pan.

Any ideas on how to get this stubborn bolt out?  It's driving me crazy.
