Nick,
The upper part of the door that the window glass is in is adjustable.
If you remove the door panel you will be able to get to 4 bolts (2 on
each side of the door)by loosening these bolts you can tilt the upper
half of the doorinto the body of the car. I advise marking your
starting point by tracing the bolt with a marker first, then make
adjustments from there.
I don't recall seeing any FAQ on how to adjust the glass. Removal of
the door panels is relatively easy. here is a link to a guide with
photos on how to remove the door panel.
