Here's a picture of my setup. Its an Autometer gauge. With the reservoir, 
larger 044 Bosch pump and larger plumbing, my fuel system vents back to the tank 
and the pressure goes to zero right after shutdown. For safety reasons the 
fuel pump only pumps when the run signal is made to the ECU. My car does take 
about 2-3 seconds to fire after I engage the starter. The stock fuel pump acts as 
a boost pump to fill the reservoir.
