[s-cars] Fuel Pump

Fred:  I just broke the seal on the box to find out.  It was made in Germany
(not W.Germany so its recent-ish).  I expected a metal casing but it appears to
be black plastic.  Hmmmm.... My troubles may not be over. 8>(
