Never cared for it myself... Rain-X only lasts a month. I used to buy STP
Vision Blade lasts 6 months, but it's not sold any more and was replaced by
Aquapel which is identical and lasts 6 months:

I'll second the Rain-X stuff- it works very well and the Rain-X
additive in there helps keep a Rain-X'ed windshield working longer.
