A good question, Kirby. I wonder if there is any law requirement. I'd 
love to see an MSDS for this mystery product. The label has the 
following random information:

DANGER: CONTAINS METHYL ALCOHOL. CANNOT BE MADE NON-POISONOUS.
This product contains a bittering agent.
VOC CONTENT
WGT.% 35
GR./LTR. 332

I did get dizzy because of the Isopropyl Alcohol though. The 
concentration was fairly small. The solution that I prepared was good 
down to -18ºC. I tested it in the freezer.
