[s-cars] Differential seals part numbers? Clutch q's

Can somebody give me part #s for left and right differential seals? They are 
leaking. Found Fred's write-up and it seems that I only need seals itself + 
special tool for left seal. But no part numbers.. If somebody has ideas on 
how to get by without special tool - I'm all ears :)

Also, I think it might be good idea to do my clutch since car will be up and 
pipe will be away. It's 125k already and it seems like tach arrow moving 
faster then car accelerates... My left leg asking for new clutch, too :)
