[s-cars] Unlocatable fuel-like smell

Yep. Seems like it is common.
I also located it at right front fender area.

I replaced fuel filter recently and it was bugging me really bad until I 
read that discussion.
I keep checking  fuel lines and they seem tight.

I noticed smell when come to hard stops. And it is HOT here in St. Louis 
now.
So, it might be discharge, since it looks like:
1. I get it during hard braking (fuel splashing inside)
2. I get it when fuel tank not full.
