I just started having that problem everytime it tries to read the 6th disk. 
Unfortunately after that point it won't go back to any of the other
disks, until you stop, get out, eject the magazine, and pop it back
in...

Curious to hear any ideas on fixes, though that's the least of my
worries at the moment :)
