[s-cars] "another" radio code question...

Hey I'm back !!!

and so is my car, after an ecu repair that only took 6 weeks !!!  Problem is my radio is locked and even though I "know" I have the code, I can't seem to locate it... 8-(    No problem, my dealer has been good in the past about getting me the numbahs....  WRONG.

Got the latest crap about policy change and the now $50 charge... Ok, so here's my $50 now where's my code ? Nope, not that easy...
must scan the radio, which requires scheduling an appoint so they can scan the radio to get the codes.  WTF ?   Thats a new one on me !!!   You can scan the radio to get the codes ???  Hmmmm....   Ok, so I have VAG-COM, how do I do it ?  Anyone ?

I really have the feeling they were just bullsh!tting me and still look it up.
