Yes, those are what I'm referring to, I hate accidents, you never get it back the way it was before.
The car is back at the body shop.

It sounds like you are refering to the "T" shaped nozzles that have
body color matched "covers" attached to them correct?
If so they are a (in my terms) force or pressure fit, there isn't any
glue. If they are coming off I am going to guess there was "hidden
damage" and your body shop did not replace the damaged pressure
cylinders.
To attach the nozzles, you have to pull the plunger arm of the pressure
cylinder out and while holding it in one hand firmly press the nozzle
on with the other.
I'd take a more thorough look at the work done to your car if I was
you.
