I'd guess it's worth more than a standard "non-turbo" 90,
and a "real" 20V turbo.

KBB.com says a '90 90 is worth about $2,480, private party sale,
100K miles, good condition. And it says a like-condition '91 200
20V is worth about $3,350 (?!?).

So I'd place the value of yours closer to $2000, assuming it
can be finished for $500-1000.
