Unfortunately, unless you're an enthusiast, and want a really
well-done Q-Ship, the car is going to be worth *less* that a totally
stock, well-kept version. The hassle of dealing with a modified car
is a disincentive to purchase, even if the mods are superbly done, and
the car is super-fast. You're not even offering a fully done car, but
a project in progress (another disincentive.) You say the paint ain't
so hot, so there's another few grand for a decent job, the interior
isn't in, which might or might not be a bit of a job for the average
DIY person, and would certainly cost upwards of $500-1000 for a
professional to do it right. And afterwards, you have an early-'90s
90 20vt that looks like all the other 90s. Just from the small amount
of research I've done, I really doubt you'd do better than $6000 as it
sits, and I figure you'd be lucky to clear $5000. And I do know how
much that sucks, because you have spent a great deal of time and money
for it. Can't you put it aside until you can finish it? It would be
a hell of a ride once it got done. :)
