Another one agreeing with the group.

Speaking of hot-rod VW Golfs, I recently sold my running ( although rust 
thru floor pans) '85 VW GTI  for $ 2500. The parts alone were worth $ 3000 
(realistic price) as several were NLA and desireable ( Zender, Votex, 
Happich, etc). It took me awhile to sell it whole as everybody wanted this 
part and that . I had no time or place to part it out.
