Ok. It's working.
1st I started to look for terminal on a right side where this wire coming
from. It looked like there is lot of stuff to take off..
Remember we were thinking that wire broken because I don't get 12V? Well.. I
decided to give it a try anyway.
I bought 1 feet of really thick wire with single wire size about as female
opening on those connectors.
Since I had 2 sides without sensors - I made 2 "U" peces and pushed them in.
Then I put electrical tape on top.
All that time I had ignition ON and it was showing (O). I turned ignition
off and back on - "OK" illuminated and after I started car light went off
WOW
So.. I have 2 explanations for 1V
1. computer sends signals periodically and this is not constant 12V
2. computer check them only when you turn key ON and then you don't get
anything.
Hope it helps somebody...

If you're only getting ~ 1V, that lead is already (poorly) grounded. Check
both leads for 12V. If neither is getting at least 12V, then there is a
break further up the line. I'm dealing with that myself (when I find the
time) and if I don't get 12V at the connector, I'm banking on the break
being where the cable enters the
engine compartment, which is where the wire is most stressed by bending.
