The sign of a good leader is someone who people respect without
necessarily fearing the leader or lording his/her power over others.

I think this is really more of a personal issue between you, Pizzo,
maybe me and a few others. If you have such an issue, I think you
should take it up with us off-list and discuss it  in a civil manner,
address the issue between men.
