[s-cars] Dash display panel - Radio display-other lights

Search did not yeld any results on this problem...
I have computer display acting funny. One day it will work ok - next day it 
will show couple horizontal lines on start and then show me all kind of 
flashing squares instead of CD and track #.

So I have questions:
1. How many bulbs in whole Dash panel? Is it correct one?

2. How can I fix funky status display?
3. Radio display is not illuminated. I see track number but it's not bright 
during day.. Fixable?
4. Window control lights. FL and RR only. Other lights out.. Fixable?
