[s-cars] ECU install - radio now non-functional

after a recent ECU re-install, my radio is non-functional. when
the car is started (after having disconnected the battery), i
don't even get a 'SAFE' reading on the radio, so the code can
be set. display is completely blank. all other components are
working fine. i have checked the fuse and that's fine. any other
reason the radio would be dead after being disconnected? bentley
doesn't seem to offer much on troubleshooting the stereo. thanks.

rich <- repaired ECU, new MTM software, new VMAP, samcos... no
        tunes.
