Thanks Tony,
I just worked that out myself.
I tried a 16mm socket yesterday, but it was only a half-hearted attempt as I
knew that only lawnmowers used those tiddly little plugs. I tried again 15
minutes ago, pushed a bit harder, and the socket engaged. I even managed to
get the plugs out!
So, I've learned four things today.
1. I'm an idiot.
2. S6s use tiddly 16mm lawnmower spark plugs (but charge 10 times the amount
for them)
3. S6s in the UK are provided with one of two lug wrenches - one has no
spark plug wrench on the other end, the other has a 21mm spark plug wrench
at the other end - very useful!
4. The s-list has answers to every s-car-related problem.
Now back to my misfire problem - I'm about to attack the POSs.
Paul

Paul,
The spark plug requires a 16mm long reach socket - check your local Home
Depot or similar. Car parts stores may have one with the rubber bung to
catch the tip of the plug. You may also need a driver extension if you don't
already have one.
Good luck,
Tony
