[s-cars] Help! How do I get the spark plugs out of an AAN???

The plugs are actually 5/8", which is slightly less than 16mm. A 16mm
socket will have a little more slop, but will work. The access bore is
a tight fit so if you're having a problem with a 16mm socket you may
want to try a true 5/8" spark plug socket. Are actual spark plug
sockets - the ones that have rubber grommets in them to hold the plug -
in Europe sized as 5/8" and 13/16", or 16mm & 21mm?
