The Microsloth Cure:

Step 1: Replace key fob battery.
Step 2: Have the radio code in hand.
Step 3: Get down on your knees and pray to the Audi gods.
Step 4: Remove rear seat.
Step 5: Disconnect battery under rear seat.
Step 6: Wait a few seconds.
Step 7: Reconnect battery.
Step 9: Replace seat.
Step 10: Recode radio.
Step 11: Try the key.
Step 12: Find another 12 step program.  ;-)
