[s-cars] Original vs Dealer Parts Longevity

I've had 5 Audis over the years and I've always strived to install genuione
Audi parts. 

However, I've noticed that the replacement parts purchased from an Audi dealer
do not last as long as the original parts that came with the car.

Has you experience been the same? Any thoughts as to why so?
