K man
AYWK (as you well know)this list would never over complicate things or
beat a dead horse.
Though it does not look like it, there are two flaps one on either
side of the inner tail gate that blend in completely with the black
fuzzy material. These provide access to the inner tail lights.
They will open by inserting a putty knife at the end and prying the
snap closure open.
For some reason I have one that does not stay closed and then creaks.
the simple repetitive action of closing the gate can cause it to open.
Butofcourse I have had mine ripped apart too many times, causing it
not to function as designed:/
