Stuff is called "nature's miracle" (the cleaner not the cat stank)
Works really well.

I'd wash the area and use paper towels to absorb
most of the problem.  Then a heavy, repeated dose
of Fabreze or other odor remover should do it.
If not, check with the pet store, vet, or animal
shelter; they deal with the problem a lot. They
make special animal odor sprays that should work
even better.
