[s-cars] Horns stopped working?!?

I'm no electrician (that's what fuses are for), but
it seem that the switch is working the relay, but the
relay isn't providing juice to the horns.  So, it
could be a bad rellay, bad wiring between the relay
and the horn, or most likely to me, wiring from horn
to ground. I'm sure the EEs will point out my errors.
