Thanks Bob.  I got Bob Myers's pictures from Fred so with Fred's and
Bob's words and your words, I should be successful (in the next half
hour).  Hope you don't mind if I don't try the Crowbar trick (great Band
<Canadian content>  but I don't want particularly want one (the tool) in
my fuel tank. ;>)

I'll let you know how I make out. (I have been documenting the procedure
so far)
