The pump is German made. The issue is not noise. Its whether the VDO or a
Pierburg can provide the required flow and pressure for my RS2 set-up. With
28 psi boost (aka "370") software and a 4 Bar FPR, you need 58+28 = 86 psi
pressure (and the required flow). We were only getting 83 psi under tests
with the VDO. I have seen some graphs that showed the Bosch pumps to continue
to flow more fuel than many other brands at higher pressures. We'll see. /
