[s-cars] CD-Rs in the URS4 factory CD changer

I had exactly the same problem with my '99.5 A4 (my S4 doesn't have a CD
player yet). After trying all the usual things to do with a picky CD
player (good quality high reflectivity CD-Rs, burning at the slowest
speed, trying various settings with Nero/MS-Windows and
cdrecord/NetBSD) without success, I finally cracked the CD-changer open
and sure enough, the lens had a film over it. Cleaned the lens *very*
carefully and put the changer back together, and voila! No more
problems. I've had no trouble since, though I still have to be careful
to buy good quality media to write to, otherwise it simply refuses to
recognize there's a disc in that slot.
