[s-cars] HRSB -- which setting?

I am currently at the middle setting..and have been for months.  I think

I'm installing my HRSB this weekend and I'm just curious what load
setting you are using for everyday driving (125, 140 or 155 lbs)?

FWIW, I have euro sport springs and bilstein sport shocks.
