that, like everything else in speedvision world challenge, is negotiable.
WC officials try to make the cars equal to make the racing exciting.
the cadillac CTS-V was running a hewland for a while.  then the cadillac
team decided that the stock tremec T-56 was good enough and the hewland
wasn't worth the 100 lb. weight penalty.
