[s-cars] Oil Filter Dissection

There is actually a tool for cutting open oil filters for proper 
inspection.   Shoudn't be too hard to find...

actually, i know the person who wrote this review, and have seen his oil 
filter opening tool.  a picture is posted here.

not that it matters, but he was impressed with the MANN filter that i have 
been using.
