Revue:
Symptoms: No low beam lights.  No high beam lights.  No fog lights.  (Rear 
fog light operates.)  Parking (marker) lights operate.

Vehicle - urS6 w/ Euro lights from Blau using Blau's wiring harness.

OK, more test results.

Test 1:

Voltage checks at all connectors for both headlight assemblies read zero 
(not surprising since nothing lights up).

Test 2:

Conditions:
Ignition ON
Light switch ON  (Dash lights light up - door open alarm sounds.)
Dimmer Switch both High and Low
Fuses pulled for all four lights 2 high, 2 low
Wires inserted into each side of each fuse socket - solid electrical 
contact made in each case.

Measurements:
Voltages across the empty fuse sockets in all cases was a measured zero 
volts regardless of combination of switch settings.

This tells me, I think, that the dimmer switch has failed.  Nicht 
wahr?
