[s-cars] Stebel horn

I wonder if ROOF mounted Grover's would slow the Evo down?
(then mebee I'd actually be able to catch him!)
Of course, the only wildlife Pizzo would be able to scare off the
roads where he lives is prolly other ricers and their partying friends.
