[s-cars] Stebel horn

[Steve Powers]

I'm thinking a stealth, remote relay operated horn that you could
mount somewhere on the Pizzomobile. Offer to detail his car so you can
mount it without him knowing.

Later you can give it a honk as he tries to pass ya!
