[s-cars] Solid lifters

Well, not sure for an s-car application, but every other solid lifter
car I've seen needs adjustment every oil change.  Now, whether you're
willing to yank and reinstall the cams every 3k miles is up to you,
but without a really high lift cam in there, I don't see the point
other than making the car faster simply by severe weight reduction
from your wallet.
