[s-cars] wastegate spring question

Gentz,

My car has been RS2'ed for awhile now. I've read about others adjusting
their wastgates by drilling to gain access and then adjusting the
screw.

IS this appropriate for an RS2 setup? I thought I read it wasn't the
way to go but searching on Audiworld I see that Minhea recommended it
to someone.
