I didn't choose the materials... I simply configured what Hap provided,  
assembled it, and installed it.  We made the DP out of SS, as well as the  
adapter.  The adapters aren't available in steel from TEC, so SS was  the logical 
choice.  Besides, considering Hap's tiny little tendancy to  lean towards 
"bling," I'm sure the choice he made was MAYBE influenced by the  shiny nature of the 
parts.
