[s-cars] Replacing Core Plugs In a Head

Here is one for you to think about,

my UrS4 has a coolant leak out of little core plug on the back of the head just along from the coolant temp sensor, i have tried to plug it using jb weld but it's started to leak again,. The core plug has a tiny pin hole in it so i reckon the only way to cure it is replacement, access is tight needless to say but i reckon i can pry it out, what's the best way to insert the new one assuming i can get one of course.
