[s-cars] have a cracked OZ SL,

my wheels are et32, I found a replacement wheel that is et35, can I add a 3mm spacer to the et35 to make it the same as the et32s on my car or would it be differant?
 
or a rim shop says they can weld the crack for 55 and then restraighten it for 70, the crack is fairly small and its on the inner lip inside the rim, no air leaks out of the tire its not that bad.  should I just have the wheel fixed?
