Forrest,
The rebuild will probably help. But if the problem is in the E-brake system
at the caliper itself, then I don't know. Sometimes due to corrosion, the
lever sticks and does not release properly. You would not fell this at the
handle. I don't know if the E-brake area of the caliper is rebuildable. You
will have to ask others.

But the rebuild takes a little time and a few bucks to find out. I would
try that first to eliminate one item off the list.

have a rear caliper that is constantly rubbing, it killed my slotted rotor
all most to the point of not being able to feel the slots, I can hear it
grinding at slow speed without touching the brake. This rebuild sounds easy
enough, is that all there is to fixing a stuck caliper? will this process fix my
problem? should I rebuild or replace?
thanks
Forrest
