Paul:

Lucas instructions are HERE:
http://www.20v.org/brakere.htm

The parking brake mechanism (PBM) seal can be replaced with: NAPA part
number 6405:
http://www.napaonline.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/NAPAonline/search_results_part_num.d2w/report?Search_Part=NO&ic_exact=YES&part_number=CR%2016X24X7

NAPA's price is $2.99 USD per seal.

It's a transmission seal in the same style as the crank seal on the audi
engines and is a perfect fit to the Caliper body and PBM.

The most challenging task in overhauling the brake caliper is to compress
the piston spring so that you can remove the circlip retaining the cage
around the spring - during removal and reinstallation - the caliper piston
spring must be removed so that you can extract the PBM from the caliper body.
