[s-cars] Horrible fogging and H20 out of the vents!

OK, So it's raining sideways here today and I have water coming
out of my vents!  The fogging of the windshield is so bad when I
initially turned on the defroster that I had to pull over and
wait about 2 minutes before it cleared!  What's going on here?
The fan in the CC was making a wierd sound and blowing water out
of the vents, is there a drain that may be clogged or somthing?
