[s-cars] Horrible fogging and H20 out of the vents!

There is a plenum under the hood, just in front of the
windshield. It should be covered by a plastic cover.
Remove the cover. There should be two drains, one on
the driver's side, the other in front of the passenger
towards the front. Remove the dead leaves and pine
needles and mouse nests from the plenum, flush with
water so it flows freely, and hope that was the problem.
