S-car gurus:

 

Could anyone tell me how to split the heater box to replace the heater
core?  I removed the heater box and then removed all the Phillips screws
and clips I could see but it won't split.  I removed the servos without
paying attention to the flap positions which I think is my first mistake
(maybe second).  Am I completely hooped?  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
