That's them, ask for Jay Greene (800-541-6351).  I just did this, I think they charged $50-$60.  They repaired the hose the day they received it and had it back on its way that afternoon.  As for the fluid, there is no need to drain any and very little is lost.  I had to add a few ozs afterward only cause I was low to begin with.
