[s-cars] Bumper reinforcement brackets repair

If the bracket that is on the bumper (not body) is the one that is
broken, I have a destroyed bumper with two good brackets.

A body shop thought that they could repair them for me.  I currently
have my cover screwed into the fender liner.

Any BTDT on procedure? I have all those brakets broken on one side.
Grill came off by cutting 200 zip ties :) 
 
I wonder what glue could be used for that? 
 
Anybody fixed it?
